Inspiring stories for the soul abound in Angels in High-Top Sneakers. This book of essays by Mary Morrell has a 12-month format, with each month containing two personal stories, related biblical quotations, and a reflection. Beneath each reflection the reader is invited to record his or her own thoughts, memories, and interpretations. This collection of soul-stirring stories will help the reader laugh at his or her own foibles, love the ironies of life, and discover that God is always with us.
