Drawing Your Family

Activity Objective:

To teach the children to recognize that Jesus was part of a family

Lesson Outcome:

The children will be able to describe how Jesus obeyed God and his parents.

Materials

Paper
Crayons

Directions:

Tell the children that they are going to draw pictures of their families.
Demonstrate by drawing Jesus' family on the board.
Guide the children to draw as many family members as they can remember.
Encourage them to share their drawings with the class.
Conclude by reminding them that Jesus was a part of a family like us.
