Sales Manager

Loyola Press is a nonprofit, Catholic, Jesuit publisher located on Chicago's North Side. We are seeking a Sales Manager for teams of sales representatives who sell faith formation curricula exclusively to Catholic schools and parishes.

Specific responsibilities include ability to coach and mentor sales representatives in light of our Jesuit mission. Candidates must have experience in sales leadership, making personal presentations, developing territory plans, managing workloads and using CRM tools effectively. Personal interest in faith and spirituality essential.

Requirements include college degree, ability to travel, personal selling experience with 3+ years sales management, a solid understanding and familiarity of the Catholic Faith, how Catholic parishes and schools are organized and able to work in a collaborative environment. The candidate must be able to represent the Loyola Press brand with personal conviction. Identify any experience with Jesuits in cover letter.
