We are seeking a CRM Sales Support Specialist with proven experience and success in using and maintaining Customer Relationship Management systems. Preferred candidates must have 3 years' experience working with CRM Systems and sales support and the ability to maintain customer data properly, train staff and support the sales team. Must have superior communication skills, be a creative thinker and have analytical skills. Excellent PC/MS office skills and experience with Excel Pivot Tables. Familiarity with Catholic parish and school organizational structures helpful.
