ORDER CUTOFF

Orders received after 1 p.m. CST M-F will not be processed until the next business day.

General Shipping Information

Shipping and handling charges are additional and will be added to your invoice.  These charges must be prepaid at time of order.**  These charges will not be included on your packing list.

**Exceptions:  Businesses/organizations that have opened an institutional account with Loyola Press, established credit, and requested billing will have their shipping charges added to their bill.

Standard Domestic Shipping Information

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days.  Carrier is determined by weight.  Allow 1 – 3 weeks for delivery.  If your location cannot accommodate freight deliveries and/or requires special shipping instructions, please contact Customer Service at 800-621-1008.

If a street address is unavailable, items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes by 4th Class mail.  These items are not insured.  The U.S. Postal Service estimates delivery time to be 1-4 weeks.  Loyola Press does not guarantee postal deliveries.

Standard shipping and handling charges are based on order total:

Orders less than $100, S & H is $7.50
Orders of $100 or more, S & H is 12% of the order total

Express/Special Domestic Delivery

Second day or next day deliveries will include a surcharge.  Order processing can still take up to two business days prior to expedited shipment.  No weekend deliveries.  Service may be limited in Hawaii and Alaska.

Expedited shipping is not available on orders totaling $2,500 or more.

INTERNATIONAL AND U.S. TERRITORIES

For orders outside of the domestic U.S., please contact your local bookstore or place your order through Amazon.com.

You can also contact Customer Service via email at customerservice@loyolapress.com  for an estimated international freight/shipping quote for your order.  Please include what you would like to order, (ISBN’s, title and quantity), your complete shipping and mailing address (including postal code), phone, fax number, email address.  Orders must be paid in advance in U.S. dollars via credit card, check or wire transfer.  All wire transfer fees and intermediary bank fees are the responsibility of the customer; collection of these fees may delay your order.

Loyola Press reserves the right to charge the customer for any fees or shortages that result from payments that are not in U.S. dollars, this may delay your order.  Any customs duties and taxes are always the responsibility of the customer at the time of delivery.  Expedited delivery is not available.  All orders are F.O.B. shipping point.
