This 90-minute DVD features men's spirituality expert Richard Rohr, OFM, speaking on male inner transformation, a subject he has studied and taught for more than two decades. Men on the Journey introduces men to the insights of Fr. Rohr, namely that failure and pain in life are not inherently bad but often serve as THE pathway that leads to wholeness and holiness. An ideal resource for men's groups as well as individuals, this DVD busts the "guy code" myth, encourages men to pursue mystery rather mastery, an enables them to see—perhaps for the very first time—that a descent into vulnerability is a necessary prelude to resurrection.
