New Web Site Helps Catholics Grow in Their Faith

CHICAGO — November 4, 2008 — Loyola Press, a nonprofit Catholic publisher, today launched www.loyolapress.com, a Web site aimed at helping people of all ages grow in their faith in God and passionately live that faith in the real world. The Loyola Press site seeks to do this by providing a variety of opportunities for visitors to learn more about the Catholic faith through articles and books, as well as through active participation in faith “experiences.” Faith experience opportunities include a daily online prayer retreat, discussion forums, blogs, and daily inspirations. There are also special seasonal experiences, such as an interactive map of St. Paul’s travels to mark the Pauline Year and online Stations of the Cross for adults and children to use during Lent.

“We’ve worked diligently to provide information for Catholics of all ages on topics that will help them better understand and grow in their faith, as well as give them an opportunity to start a dialogue with other spiritual seekers,” said VP of Mission and Ministry, Fr. Paul Brian Campbell, S.J. “We are working to add new features and hope that our site will prove to be both a blessing and a powerful resource to those who visit.”

In addition to the new features, new content, and new look of www.loyolapress.com, Loyola Press will continue to serve their customers by providing enhanced Web site sections for users of their curriculum products.
