About the Retreat

The Relax, Refuel, Restart Retreat is a great way for catechetical leaders and others in parish ministry to rest, re-energize, and take steps to find balance in their busy lives.

Terry will share the power of pause with participants, allowing them to:

• Relax and re-energize
• Recognize the crucial need for balance in their own lives
• Learn how to maintain this sense of relaxation and balance after leaving the retreat

Building upon the idea of the power of pause, Terry will next provide practical training on the following themes:

• Communication
• Making time for yourself
• Teamwork
• Dealing with de-motivators
• Creating a Sabbath environment in your parish

Who should attend?

Catechetical leaders and key members of their ministry*

*Catechetical leaders are encouraged to attend with others involved in their ministry in order to receive maximum benefit from the retreat; by learning about and discussing retreat topics as a group, the positive tips and techniques suggested are more likely to be effectively implemented.
