Shipping Information
Shipping and handling charges are additional and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges must be prepaid at time of order.**

When shipping items to more than one destination, please place a separate order for each shipping destination. For example, if you wish to purchase 10 Loyola Press books and send 5 of these to one address and 5 of these to another address, you need to place 2 orders.

**Exceptions: Businesses/organizations that have opened an institutional account with Loyola Press, established credit, and requested billing will have their shipping charges added to their bill.

ORDER CUTOFF
Orders received after 1 p.m. CST M-F will not be processed until the next business day.

All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Items are shipped by UPS and arrive 5-10 business days after day of processing.

If a street address is unavailable, items can be shipped to P.O. Boxes by 4th Class mail. These items are not insured. The U.S. Postal Service estimates delivery time to be 1-4 weeks. Loyola Press does not guarantee postal deliveries.

2-DAY AIR SHIPPING INFO See Charges for Individuals
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Items are shipped UPS and arrive 2 business days after day of processing. No weekend deliveries. Service is available to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico.

NEXT DAY AIR SHIPPING INFO See Charges for Individuals
All orders are processed and shipped within 2 business days. Items are shipped UPS and arrive 1 business day after day of processing. No weekend deliveries. Service is available to Alaska, Hawaii, and Puerto Rico.

SCHOOLS AND PARISHES SHIPPING INFO
For domestic school or parish orders totaling less than $60.00, standard shipping charges are $6.50; for domestic school or parish orders totaling more than $60.00, standard shipping charges are 11.5% of order total. Depending on shipping weight, order may be delivered via truck/freight carrier. Please contact customer service if your location cannot accommodate this type of delivery.
