Song: Church

Activity Objective:
To sing a song to remember that we are members of the Church
Lesson Outcome:
The children will explain that Jesus calls us to follow him as members of his Church.
Directions:
  • Ask if everyone knows the song, "Camptown Races."
  • Sing it together with the children to recall the melody.
  • Tell them that the melody for the new song they will sing is the same, but the words are different.
  • Have them listen to you sing the song once through and then have them join in with you.
