The Commandments Song

Activity Objective:

To invite the children to sing a song explaining the Ten Commandments

Lesson Outcome:

The children will explain that the Ten Commandments are God's rules.

Directions:

Remind the children of the song "Clementine" and its melody. Teach them this new song, substituting the following words:

The Commandments,
God's rules
teach us how to care and love,
They were given to Moses
from our Father up above.
