The Grandeur of God is a collection of readings that offers a sense of the depth, beauty, and richness of Catholic spiritual writing, especially as it relates to the topic of finding God in all things. Edited by Joseph Durepos, the book is organized chronologically, beginning with the spiritual writings of St. Paul and ending with writings from Pope John Paul II. Also included are inspirational writings from Thomas Aquinas, Dorothy Day, Hildegard of Bingen, Ignatius Loyola, Thomas Merton, Mother Teresa, Thérèse of Lisieux, and many others.

Joseph Durepos has served as the editor on three previous books: No Greater Love, Go In Peace, and John Paul II's Lessons for Living. He is the executive editor of acquisitions at Loyola Press.
