Frequently Asked Questions Q When printing a prepared assessment, how can I prevent two sets of answer lines?
A When you print a prepared assessment, you may find that, due to the software default settings, some questions have two sets of answer lines.
To change the software default settings,
1. Launch Test Generator and from the welcome screen click Close. 2. From the Edit menu select Preferences. 3. In the dialog box click on Layout, and then select the Answers tab. 4. Uncheck all the checked boxes. 5. Click Save As Default.
Q The state in which I live uses the standards from another state. Is it possible to access those state standards?
A You can access the standards for the states of California, Florida, Illinois, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, and Texas. Test Generator only displays one set of state standards at a time based on the state you indicated when you registered your software.
To change your state information,
1. With Test Generator launched, select Preferences from the Edit Menu. 2. Under Personal Information, enter the appropriate state.
