Do I have to pay sales tax?
Sales tax will be added to the invoice, where applicable, unless your organization has a valid sales tax exemption on record with Loyola Press. For exempt organizations ordering on or after October 1, 2018, you must provide Loyola Press with your tax-exempt certificate; otherwise your account may be subject to sales tax, where applicable. Personal orders are subject to sales tax, where applicable.
What kinds of books does Loyola Press publish?
Loyola Press publishes religion books for the general reader. Our books are about Catholic spirituality—how to live and pray and grow as a Catholic Christian. Specific subject areas include: spirituality and prayer; education and faith formation; Catholic life; history, theology, and biography; and Jesuit spirituality and spiritual direction. We also publish faith formation programs for use in parish and school programs. Please browse our store.
In addition to your religion and spirituality books, is it true that Loyola Press publishes language arts resources, which are used in both parochial and public schools?
Yes, Loyola Press has published Voyages in English since 1943. Our new 2018 edition remains a writing and grammar series that builds skills now for future success. Our Exercises in English is a workbook with plenty of practice in grammar and may be used with any language arts textbook. For more information on these or other language arts products, call 800-621-1008. Schools may request preview copies.
Loyola Press puts a great deal of thought and care into the production of each new product we develop. We work with in-house and out-of-house editors, freelance designers, and production and printing houses to take advantage of the latest in design and printing technology. If you are with a company that wishes to be added to our vendor list, please mail information on services provided and price competitiveness, as well as samples, to our Loyola Press Production Manager. No calls please.
