Ordering and Payment Policies

Schools and parishes will be billed directly (accounts payable within 30 days). Other businesses or organizations that have opened an institutional account with Loyola Press and have established credit may be billed.

If you fax your order, please label any copies of the order as a confirming order only. Loyola Press is not responsible for duplication of a shipment or duplicate shipping costs if the confirming order is not clearly marked.

Orders from individuals must be prepaid. We accept MasterCard and VISA. For mail orders, please make checks and money orders payable to Loyola Press. Shipping charges are additional and must be prepaid with your order.

All international orders must be prepaid.

Online Ordering Process Step-by-Step

Selection:   

Add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to your cart" button.

Check Out: 

When finished shopping, click the Check Out link on your shopping cart.

Choose to login to your account for faster and easier Check Out.

Select your type of order from the list provided.

Enter your billing information.

Enter your shipping information (if different from billing) and enter your method of payment.

Review the information you have provided and click the "Send My Order" button to complete your order.

(Note: You may want to print the order confirmation page for your records.)

Returns — please read carefully

Please check your shipment before marking any materials.

Unmarked, unstamped materials in saleable condition may be returned within six months of the date noted on your invoice.

Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or invoice to be credited.

Credit is issued for returned product only. Shipping and handling will not be included. Customers are responsible for return shipping cost. Please pack books carefully and consider insuring your return as Loyola Press is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit. Please see "Damaged Merchandise" section for information on how to report damages on our deliveries to you. Credit will not be issued for books determined not to be in saleable condition. Such items are donated to charities and missions.

There are no returns on opened DVDs, CD-ROMs, videos, kits, or other shrink-wrapped materials.

Shrink-wrapped materials in opened 10-packs or 25-packs may not be returned.​

Damaged Merchandise

Please examine your shipment upon receipt. Damage and discrepancies with the materials ordered or invoiced need to be reported within 30 days of receipt by calling 800-621-1008.
