Ordering and Payment Policies

Schools and parishes will be billed directly (accounts payable within 30 days). Other businesses or organizations that have opened an institutional account with Loyola Press and have established credit may be billed.

If you fax your order, please label any copies of the order as a confirming order only. Loyola Press is not responsible for duplication of a shipment or duplicate shipping costs if the confirming order is not clearly marked.

Orders from individuals must be prepaid. We accept MasterCard and VISA. For mail orders, please make checks and money orders payable to Loyola Press. Shipping charges are additional and must be prepaid with your order.

All international orders must be prepaid.

Online Ordering Process Step-by-Step
Selection:   

  • Add items to your shopping cart by clicking on the "add to your cart" button.

Check Out: 

  • When finished shopping, click the Check Out link on your shopping cart.
  • Choose to login to your account for faster and easier Check Out.
  • Select your type of order from the list provided.
  • Enter your billing information.
  • Enter your shipping information (if different from billing) and enter your method of payment.
  • Review the information you have provided and click the "Send My Order" button to complete your order.

(Note: You may want to print the order confirmation page for your records.)

Return Policy

  • You may receive full credit for books returned in resalable condition within 1 year of invoice date (6 months for textbook sales). Books must be returned in resalable condition to receive credit. Please pack books carefully. We reserve the right to determine whether or not books are resalable. Books determined not to be in resalable condition are donated to charities and missions and we are unable to issue credit. No returns of out-of-print books.
  • Shipping charges for return shipments should be prepaid.
  • Please report damaged shipments or delivery shortages to us within 30 days to receive full credit or replacements.
  • Returned merchandise must be accompanied by a copy of the original packing slip or invoice to be credited.

Damaged Merchandise

Please examine your shipment upon receipt. Damage and discrepancies with the materials ordered or invoiced need to be reported within 30 days of receipt by calling 800-621-1008.

We provide preview copies of our textbooks for school and parish program evaluations only. If you are interested in requesting textbook samples, please complete the convenient online request form or contact the sales representative who serves your school or parish.
