Loyola Press offices will be closed beginning at 2:00 pm (CST) on Friday, December 22nd, 2017 through Monday, January 1st, 2018. All orders placed on our website or by email during that period will begin processing beginning Tuesday, January 2nd, 2018. Order early to avoid shipping delays. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

Ordering and Payment Policies

Parishes and schools may be billed directly subject to credit approval.  Terms are Net 30 days from invoice date.  Other businesses or organizations that have opened an institutional account with Loyola Press and have established credit may be billed. Prices do not include sales tax.

Individuals must prepay by check or credit card.  We accept MasterCard and Visa. For mail orders, please make checks and money orders payable to Loyola Press. Shipping charges and sales tax are additional and must be prepaid with your order.

Bookstores and distributors, call Customer Service at 800-621-1008 for retail prices.

All international orders must be prepaid.

All orders are F.O.B. shipping point.

Order Processing

Order processing can take up to two business days.  Orders received after 1:00 P.M. CST Monday through Friday will begin processing the next business day.

Sales Tax

Sales tax will be added to the invoice, where applicable, unless your organization has a valid sales tax exemption on record with Loyola Press.  For exempt organizations ordering on or after January 1, 2017, you must provide Loyola Press with your tax-exempt certificate; otherwise your account may be subject to sales tax, where applicable.  Personal orders are subject to sales tax, where applicable.  Please note:  Credit/debit cards used as payment must belong to the tax-exempt organization in order to qualify for tax exemption on your order regardless of the end use of the purchase. Purchases paid for by an individual on behalf of an organization are taxable, even if the individual will be reimbursed by the tax-exempt organization.

Attention Fax Customers

If you fax your order, please label any copies of the order as a confirming order only. Loyola Press is not responsible for duplication of a shipment or duplicate shipping costs if the confirming order is not clearly marked.

Return Policy— please read carefully

Please examine your shipment upon receipt.

Credit for returns will be issued in accordance with our Return Policy.  Customers are responsible for return shipping cost.  Books and other materials in saleable condition may be returned within six months of the date on your invoice.

Items cannot be stamped or marked in any way.  Credit will not be issued for books determined not to be in saleable condition. No returns on opened DVDs, CD-ROMs, videos, kits, or other shrink-wrapped items such as 10 packs or 25 packs.

Returned shipment must include a copy of the original packing slip or invoice and must be returned prepaid.   Partial returns of bundled products may cause any applicable discount to be voided, reducing the amount of credit issued to customer.

No credit will be issued for shipping and handling except for damaged and defective materials.  Please consider insuring your return, Loyola Press is not responsible for returns damaged or lost in transit.

Please see “Damaged Merchandise” section for information on how to report damages on our deliveries to you. Credit will not be issued for books determined not to be in saleable condition.

Damaged Merchandise

Please examine your shipment upon receipt. Any damaged product needs to be reported within 30 days of receipt by calling Customer Service at 800-621-1008.  If damaged packaging caused product damage, please retain original packaging and contact Customer Service for returns handling.
