Theological Virtues
Activity Objective
The young people will express their personal understanding of the Theological Virtues and the acts of faith, hope, and love.
Lesson Outcome
The young people should be able to explain the virtues of faith, hope, and love.
Materials
- Poster paper
- Magazines
- Markers, crayons
Directions
- Review with the young people the Theological Virtues
- Using pictures from magazines or their own drawings, have the young people design collages that depict the three virtues.
- Direct the young people to divide their poster paper into three areas and to devote one area to each virtue.
- When they have finished, have them write their own short acts of faith, hope, and love in the appropriate section.
- Invite volunteers to share their work.
- Display the collages if possible.
