Exploring Faith Through Art
The Finding God Exploring Faith Through Art easel provides catechists and teachers with meaningful opportunities to use renowned works of art to further explore Scripture, Tradition, and age-appropriate concepts of the Catholic faith. Twenty-five different prints per easel, per grade, offer children a new way to explore what it means to “find God in all things.” Catechists and teachers use the art prints, art techniques, and art history as springboards for discussion. A variety of experiential activities provide several different options for children to explore a faith theme through music, movement, art projects, and using imagination in prayer. Spanish instructions are in the Catechist Guide. English instructions are on the easel.
