Tips for Gathering Materials

Banner: Paper placemats make ideal banners for this activity. Most are sturdy, attractive, and just the right size. Plain white or colored placemats can be found in most party or restaurant supply stores. To find them on the Internet, type “paper placemats” into a search engine. Poster board is also an excellent choice for this activity. It can be found at any office, art, or hobby supply store.

Tempera Paint: This brightly colored paint dries quickly. Also, any spills or splashes wash up more easily than most types of paint. It can be found wherever school supplies or art materials are sold. To find it on the Internet, type “tempera paint” into a search engine.
