Beatitude People

The young people will better understand the spirit of the Beatitudes and recognize how they are put into practice.

The young people should be able to identify the Beatitudes as the way to serve God's kingdom.

• Paper
• Pencils
• Instrumental music CD
• CD player

• Invite the young people to choose a member of their family and decide which Beatitude that person best exemplifies.
• Have them write an explanation of how the person lives the Beatitude.
• The young people may decorate their work or draw a picture of the family member.
• Invite volunteers to share their work.
