To explore ways to serve the Church community

The children will be able to identify practical ways to act on God's invitation in everyday living.

• Paper
• Markers, pens, and colored pencils

• Arrange the children in small groups.
• Explain that each group is responsible for putting together an ad campaign to promote reverent behavior during Mass.
• Encourage the children to identify one behavior they observe during Mass that is a poor example of reverent participation.
• Instruct each group to create a slogan, jingle, or a song that would help to promote reverent participation.
• Distribute the drawing materials.
• When they are finished, have each group present their project.
