To teach the children to listen carefully

The children will understand that we should listen to God as Jesus did.

• Tell the children that they are going to play a listening game.
• Ask the children to sit on the floor in a circle.
• Begin the game by whispering the phrase "When we listen carefully, we will hear God's message, to the child to your right."
• The message should go around the entire circle.
• Continue the game. When the last child receives the message, he or she says it out loud.
• Congratulate the children if the message was passed correctly. Remind them to listen carefully to God's message.
