Why won’t the retreat open for me? If you're having trouble viewing the retreats, please follow these steps:
Download Adobe Flashand Shockwave (both are free), then restart your computer.
If that does not help, try opening the retreat with a browser other than Internet Explorer. You can download Mozilla Firefox for free.
If you follow the above steps and are still having difficulty viewing the retreats, please contact websupport@loyolapress.com.
Where can I get the music used in the retreats? The music was purchased from the web site www.istockphoto.com/audio.
How can I access the archives? You can access the archives on the main retreat page, from the daily retreat e-mail, or by clicking here.
How do I save a retreat? You can save a retreat two ways. You can save your daily e-mail or you can save the URL from the e-mail to save the retreat.
How can I share the retreat? On the main retreat page there are four tabs below the retreat; click the Share tab. Under this tab you can share the retreat via e-mail, through your blog/website, through Facebook, Amazon, Twitter, or other social websites. Under “Add today’s retreat as a favorite” click this icon.
Where is the comment I posted? All comments need to be approved by Loyola Press. Questions and comments that contain technical issues or personal information will not appear on the retreat page. We welcome your reflections, suggestions, or responses to the daily retreat.
How can I print a retreat? Due to copyright restrictions you cannot print retreats.
How do I end the retreat? You can end the retreat by closing the retreat window.
Why does the “back” button not work for me? Loyola Press is currently looking into this issue. If this issue applies to you, please e-mail websupport@loyolapress.com and share your internet browser.
How do I share the retreat with someone who does not have the internet? At this time, you cannot share the retreat with someone who does not have an internet connection. We are developing new ways to share the retreat and we hope to include this audience.
Are the retreats for sale? Loyola Press offers the 3-minute retreat as a free experience to help deepen your friendship with God.
