While we read the Bible for ourselves, we should not always read the Bible by ourselves. At its core, Church is about community in Christ—and what better way to celebrate that community than by studying God’s Word together. Additionally, reading the Bible with others allows us to contemplate other perspectives on Scripture that we may never have considered on our own, and it helps us see how God’s Word speaks to each individual in a unique way.
