Activity Objective:

The young people will realize that they have value and are worth loving.

Materials

Directions:

Invite the young people to spend some quiet time reflecting on their gifts and personality traits.
Direct them to come up with as many specific qualities as possible.
Have the young people create a poem or collage about themselves, incorporating the qualities they've identified.
Invite volunteers to share their artistic expressions with the group.
